NATURE CROSSING

  • CLIENT WORK
  • 2024.4.17

”NATURE CROSSING” offers an immersive experience in a space of approximately 77 square meters, using 13 projectors to display 4K visuals. A symbolic crosswalk connects the space, and motion-sensing sensors are embedded in the floor. As people move, the scenery changes in response, creating an interactive experience that makes visitors feel as though they have traveled to another place—all while staying in Harajuku.

The first installment features the Republic of Palau, where Tokyu Land Corporation operates a resort hotel. Centered around the theme of conserving diverse marine life and coral reefs, the space showcases stunning footage filmed in Palau, which unfolds beneath the crosswalk. This allows visitors to experience the beauty of Palau’s natural environment while learning about the importance of environmental preservation.
